Terms of Service

On Hive provides market intelligence, scores, cost analysis, and monitoring tools for blockchain networks and stablecoins used in payments and settlement. The Service is informational tooling to support your own infrastructure decisions. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice, and it is not a trading, custody, or money-transmission service.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us at hello@onhive.xyz of any unauthorized use.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor, Stripe. Where offered, free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with notice.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: reselling or redistributing the data or API output as a competing product; scraping or accessing the Service other than through permitted interfaces; exceeding rate limits or circumventing access controls; interfering with the Service’s operation or security; or using the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

Pro plans may include API access under a personal, non-transferable key. You are responsible for keeping your key secret and for all usage under it. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke access for misuse. On Hive scores, methodologies, and datasets are our property; you receive a limited licence to use output internally within your organisation.

On Hive aggregates and computes data from third-party sources and applies its own methodology. We do not guarantee that any data, score, or estimate is accurate, complete, or current, and you should independently verify anything you rely on. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to enter into any transaction. You are solely responsible for decisions you make using the Service.

The Service, including its software, content, scores, and branding, is owned by On Hive and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, On Hive will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
